Returns

Most products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase, although restrictions may apply if garments are worn, as outlined below.

Knit Compression Products

Includes stockings, socks, arm sleeves, gauntlets, and gloves.

  • May be returned within 30 days, even if worn

  • Must be laundered prior to return or a $10 cleaning fee will be charged

Special Order & Customizable Products

  • Special order items, including custom dyed colors, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect

  • Consumer customizable products (e.g., trim-to-fit or microfine) cannot be returned once worn or altered

Alternative Compression Products

Includes nighttime garments and wraps.

  • Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days

  • Must not be worn (briefly trying them on for size is allowed)

How to Return a Product

Email: info@midwestcompression.com to request a Return Authorization Number

  • Allow up to 5 business days for processing

  • Returns without authorization are not eligible for a refund

  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to retrieve unauthorized returns

Additional Return & Cancellation Policies

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customer pays return shipping, except for defective products

  • Refused or returned-to-sender items incur the original shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee
